These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between Vizio AI Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Auli", "we", "us", "our") and the individual or entity accepting these Terms ("you", "Customer"). They govern access to and use of Auli, our multi-tenant analytics and AI chatbot platform available at growth.vizio.ai (the "Service").
By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a team, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Auli lets teams connect third-party marketing and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn analytics, and Meta Ads), build dashboards from the data, and interact with an AI chatbot that responds using that data. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and may include free tiers, trials, and paid plans.
2. Accounts, Teams, and Authorized Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. Every account must be associated with a verifiable email address; a phone number alone is not sufficient to register.
The Service is organized around teams. Each team may include one or more members with different roles (owner, admin, member). Team owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for the actions of their team.
You agree not to:
- Access the Service without authorization or share credentials
- Attempt to interfere with the Service's security, availability, or integrity, including scanning, scraping, or probing
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, send spam, distribute malware, or engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or entitlements associated with your plan
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, one-time verification codes, and any tokens issued by third-party integrations. Notify us at security@vizio.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize Auli to access data from that platform on your behalf using tokens issued by the platform. Your use of each third-party platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. Auli is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continued access of third-party platforms.
4a. Google API Data Use
When a workspace member connects a Google account (Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Search Console), Auli uses the granted OAuth access only to read authorized reporting data — such as Analytics metrics, Ads performance, and Search Console performance — to display dashboards, generate reports, and answer workspace chat questions.
Auli's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Auli does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not allow humans to read the data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized, and does not modify your Google accounts.
5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds. Fees, currencies, billing frequency, and renewal terms are those shown at checkout for the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
You may manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the billing area of the Service or through the Paddle customer portal. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle.
6. Customer Data
As between you and Auli, you retain all rights in the data you or your team submit to the Service and in the marketing data retrieved through your integrations ("Customer Data"). You grant Auli a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data and to grant Auli the license above.
7. AI Chatbot and Acceptable Use of Generative Features
The Service includes an AI chatbot that generates responses based on your prompts and available data. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having the necessary rights in any content you input.
You agree not to use the chatbot to:
- Generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or content that sexualizes minors
- Create deepfakes or impersonate real people without their consent
- Produce malware, phishing content, or content designed to defraud
- Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or circumvent safety controls
- Generate legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice for reliance without qualified human review
Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided on an as-is basis. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section. Repeat infringement of intellectual-property rights may result in termination.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, workflows, design, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Auli and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the plan you have subscribed to.
9. SMS Messaging
Certain sign-in and account-security notifications may be delivered by SMS if you opt in and verify a mobile number. This SMS program is transactional and service-related and is not used for marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons, and will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel a subscription at any time as described in Section 5.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain or delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with our legal obligations.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", and Auli disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Auli harmless from claims arising out of Customer Data, your use of third-party integrations, your use of AI-generated outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
